Refund Policy

Event tickets

For KEEPITIL-hosted events, tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start, unless the ticket is marked non-refundable at purchase.
If KEEPITIL cancels an event, you get a full refund.
Third-party events follow the organizer's own refund rules.

Challenge / contest entries

Entry fees are refundable before the challenge start; once a challenge has begun, entries are non-refundable except where required by law.

Partner links, rewards & merchandise

EARN partner offers, reward programs, and the KEEPITIL apparel store are operated by other companies, and you pay those companies directly — KEEPITIL does not process those payments and cannot refund them. Refunds and cancellations for anything bought there follow that retailer's or partner's own policy. Rewards earned through a partner program are issued by that partner under its terms, not purchased from KEEPITIL, so there is nothing for KEEPITIL to refund.

Other fees

Service or listing fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided. If something went wrong on our end, contact support and we'll make it right.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, use the contact/support link on keepitil.com with your order details.
