How do I play?

Create your pet, tap PLAY, and open the camera. Drag your pet to move it, pinch to resize and rotate, tap it to poke (it reacts!), and press POSE to pick a pose. Press the big pink button to snap. You'll get a score, XP and coins.

The camera isn't working

PokaSnap needs camera permission. On iPhone go to Settings → PokaSnap → Camera and turn it on. You can also tap Use a photo or Use a fun scene to keep playing without the camera.

Saving to my photo library doesn't work

On iPhone go to Settings → PokaSnap → Photos and choose Add Photos Only.

Where are my snaps?

Every photo you take is in MY SNAPS on the home screen. They're stored on your device — deleting the app deletes them, so save your favourites to your photo library.

How do I unlock more accessories?

Complete missions to earn XP and level up — new items and poses unlock as you go. Some items can be unlocked with the coins you earn from missions.

How do I delete my account?

In the app go to Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
