⚖️ Starting-point policy tailored to KEEPITIL. Confirm the specifics (especially timelines) with counsel and your Stripe settings before launch.
KEEPITIL PRO memberships
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first purchase and haven't used paid-only benefits, contact support for a full refund.
- After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable for the current term, but you can cancel anytime to stop future annual renewals. Cancelling ends renewals at the end of the paid term; you keep PRO until then.
Event tickets
- For KEEPITIL-hosted events, tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event start, unless the ticket is marked non-refundable at purchase.
- If KEEPITIL cancels an event, you get a full refund.
- Third-party events follow the organizer's own refund rules.
Challenge / contest entries
Entry fees are refundable before the challenge start; once a challenge has begun, entries are non-refundable except where required by law.
Other fees
Service or listing fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided. If something went wrong on our end, contact support and we'll make it right.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, use the contact/support link on keepitil.com with your order details.
