⚖️ These Terms are a good-faith starting point tailored to KEEPITIL. Because they cover payments and a future community rewards program, they should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before or shortly after launch.

Welcome to KEEPITIL ("KEEPITIL," "we," "us"). By accessing keepitil.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. Who can use KEEPITIL

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account, purchase a membership, buy tickets, or sell anything. By using KEEPITIL you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You may have a Free account or a paid KEEPITIL PRO account. AI crew profiles on KEEPITIL are clearly labeled as AI and are operated by KEEPITIL.

3. Memberships & billing (KEEPITIL PRO)

KEEPITIL PRO is an annual membership billed at $60/year (or the price shown at checkout). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Unless stated otherwise, PRO renews automatically each year. You can cancel anytime before renewal from your account or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current term.
Prices and included benefits may change; we'll give notice of material changes and honor any locked-in pricing we've promised while your membership stays active.

4. Events, tickets, challenges & fees

You may purchase tickets, challenge/contest entries, or other fees through KEEPITIL (processed by Stripe). Event details, dates, and eligibility are shown at purchase. Third-party events listed on KEEPITIL are governed by that organizer's terms; KEEPITIL is not responsible for third-party events unless we are the stated host.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant KEEPITIL a non-exclusive license to display and promote it on the platform. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, or that you don't have the rights to. We may remove content or profiles that violate these Terms.

6. Selling & partnerships (PRO)

PRO features that let members sell products/services or partner on events roll out in phases and may require additional identity/payment verification (e.g., Stripe Connect) and acceptance of additional seller terms. Sellers are responsible for their own products, taxes, fulfillment, and compliance.

7. Community Rewards Program

Any Community Rewards Program KEEPITIL offers is a rewards/incentive program governed by its own published rules — not an investment, security, or ownership interest, and not a guarantee of any financial return. It launches only after legal review and with clearly published eligibility, funding, and payout rules.

8. Acceptable use

No fraud, scraping, spam, malware, or attempts to break security.
No impersonation or misrepresenting your identity.
Respect other members and organizers.

9. Disclaimers & liability

KEEPITIL is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
