Beta draft, pending legal review. This text describes how KBeats works during the beta. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before artist payouts or accounts launch.
KBeats is a free rhythm game run by KEEPITIL. During the beta, progress and scores are stored only on your device, and the catalog contains development test tracks marked as such.
Ranked scores must come from real play. Automated input, modified clients and replayed or edited input logs are not allowed. Ranked scores will be verified by replaying their inputs, and inconsistent scores are removed.
Nothing sold in KBeats changes timing windows, accuracy or score. Cosmetic items are cosmetic only.
Every track belongs to its artist and is licensed to KBeats for in-game play. Listening links go to the artist's own pages. SoundCloud does not endorse or sponsor KBeats.
To report a rights problem with a track, contact KEEPITIL through keepitil.com/connect. Disputed tracks are paused while we review them.
